• Not attack platform infrastructure outside of designated challenges
• Report any vulnerabilities responsibly to our security team

4. Intellectual Property

All challenges, content, and materials on Hacktive are owned by us or our licensors. Your submissions remain your property, but you grant us a license to use them for platform improvement and educational purposes.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in cheating, or disrupt the platform. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
